From Farm to Table
We are so fortunate to have the abudance available at our farmers markets. One can find vegetables, fruit, wild mushrooms, fresh fish, chicken, waterbuffalo, grass fed beef and pork as well as a variety of cheeses and sausages, breads. Here is one of the delightful dishes I made this week end.
